Tristan has been with Donewell for close to 5 years now. He has grown from a simple crew member to now overseeing the work being performed by all of our crew leads. He is the 1st person our employees see in the morning and typically the last person they see when they leave. His presence amongst our staff has helped us cultivate a culture of great employee relationships.
